"I'm a mother, I'm a lover, a chef, a referee. I'm a doctor, and a chauffeur seven days a week. I ain't asking for a medal, yeah I know you work too. I'd just like a little credit where credit is due. It's the hardest gig I've ever known. I work my fingers to the bone. Yeah the dishes and the diapers never stop. Lousy pay, there ain't no 401K. I know this may come as a shock, but this here's a full time job!"--Full Time Job sung by Gretchen Wilson

FINALLY A Book! (Book Worm Wednesday)

Yes, you read that correctly! I FINALLY have a book review for you! I actually finished this book about a week and a half ago, but I haven't been able to blog about it yet. Now, as you should know by now, I LOVE vampires. I'm a dork and I love it! This book is from the wonderfully creative series "Real Vampires" by Gerry Bartlett.

Real Vampires Hate Their Thighs was really funny! As a curvy girl, I can relate to the main character Glory St. Clair and her frustration of having a little more of herself to love. I can imagine have to be frustrated by it for all eternity though! At least my curviness is starting to be less curvy, but that is exactly what this book is about. Facing an eternity of being heavier than she wants to be, Glory is offered the chance to lose that weight. Who wouldn't take that opportunity?!? Well, of course there is a catch, which I will let you discover for yourself. As for a review, I really enjoy this series. If you like this genre, you should seriously check these out. I have laughed out loud in just about all of them. They are a little bit of a lighter take on vampires, but still quality vampire fiction. I HIGHLY suggest you check them out!! Let me know what you think!!

Right now, I am working my way through Chasing Harry Winston by Laura Weisberger. It is pretty good, but I am not having as much time to read as I would like. I have been so tired lately that I just want to sleep at night as opposed to staying up reading! I just got some new books from the library today though so I will try and get a little more "literature" on here.

Have a great day everyone!
With love,
Theresa
